What You Can Expect from Lawrence Training
Energy and enthusiasm...from trainers who aim to inspire as well as train!
Professionalism... all trainers have strong commercial backgrounds as well as many years’ experience in training, which means that they have experienced life at the sharp end, and hence can empathise with and understand your delegates’ work situations and challenges. They can talk the delegates’ language.
Lawrence trainers are regular deliverers at Chambers of Commerce, Federations and small, medium and large organisations – so they have been independently audited and vetted over the years, gaining consistent excellent feedback from delegates and client companies.
Except for Course Director Lawrence Pollitt, all of Lawrence Training's trainers are associates who run their own training businesses. This has massive benefits for you in that any trainer selected for an assignment specialises in the topic area, so you are getting information at the cutting edge from an industry expert, as opposed to a training generalist. For example, if you require sales training, the specialist has a lifetime of experience in selling, managing, training and motivating sales teams.
Similarly, if your challenge is in getting people to work more effectively within their teams, Lawrence Training will bring in their consultant who specialises in developing teamwork and putting in place the 'right' values and behaviours within the team
All our trainers have been hand-picked by the MD of Lawrence Training for a their unique set of skills and experience. They are excellent facilitators, are passionate about what they do, are professional in all their dealings with delegates and clients and are experts in their specialist subject areas. They make learning a pleasurable experience by use of appropriate humour, novel ways of delivering course material and tapping into the relevant experiences of the delegates via group discussion and relevant case studies and exercises. Brief details of some of our trainers are shown below.
